and I found a bagel recipe that we all loved! They turned out beautiful, and the only bad thing about them was that the wax paper I was instructed to put them on stuck to the bottom. Next time I will bake them on our pizza stones, I think. … Sometimes, when we try to find healthy alternatives to conventional “food” (whether or not it should be edible is up for debate) we tend to get a fairly close replica…sort of settle for a tad less punch of flavor. …
